POLITICS OF METAL COFFINS/STRECTCHERS By Aminu Darma

Basically while some see governance as an opportunity to "come and serve" others see it as an opportunity to "come and chop". Masari Belongs to the former and we know by so doing he will pay the price, Both from opposition and even from the Bad eggs within his party.

I am on the payroll of katsina state government. Am an indigene of the state, Let me be quick to say am not being paid by my "pay masters"to write this, to borrow "their" word. Am doing it to put the record straight, Am not being paid to do the usual stuff for the state that nurtured me from childhood to adulthood. Be that as it may, travails or triumph my desire to see the state of my birth access and tested terrain of political and economic liberty is second to none. As a matter of fact, whatever it's, I remain a proud indigine of my nest "home of hospitality".

Being one of the passionate supporter of  Masari administration, especially in its efforts to Re-position the state for a better future.

I have this zeal in me to see my state stand tall among sister states, that whenever I see people making a mockery of my state, I feel the pain to my bone marrow. I often asked what did these people want to achieve by sitting behind phones or computers just to dream up balderdash and attributed it to our governor? Just recently our commissioner of justice and attorney general was intentionally misquoted saying "zamu fara dukan mutane da gorori" which wasn't the main theme of the discussion and that same source is now out with a mother of all lies. That Katsina State Governor have ordered metal coffins worth N120 million and it's being distributed in mosques and when asked to point a single mosque where such gesture was extended he sulked. His initial narrative was that the coffins were imported From china which he later changed to Makera.

The most annoying fact is when you see people of sound mind believing in this craps . Though Some people love listening and believing in rumors. There are things when looked carefully would never add up.

We all know it's the duty of media to monitor leaders and pose a challenge to them when they mislead their subjects. But when the same media is using lies and blackmail to bring down the leaders all thing is lost.

You are abusing your democratic privilege when you print print lies and attributed it to the person of your governor!

When will our government start taking action against blatant lies and distortion of truth?
We know Distraction is the ultimate aim of attackers of Governor Aminu Bello Masari. These detractors are equally connected to those who cornered the state money,And are playing hide and seek. We know what is going on behind the scene. And gradually we will expose them.
katsina state will never be controlled by the greedy few concocting stories to ridicule our hard earned change. But the Masari we know is ready for them with his patience, impeccable character and intelligence.

  1. Actually concocting stories to ridicule leaders is bad and cannot be tolerated as much as genuine criticism is accepted.
